One of the most important obligations and requirements of C & D is to ensure that people within the organisation, at whatever level, are given sufficient training and information as to allow them to carry out their duties efficiently, effectively and above all safely, whilst allowing them the opportunity for greater development within the organisation
The employees of the Company represent its greatest asset. By providing opportunities, facilities and financial help, the Company aims to ensure that all members of staff are in possession of the knowledge, skills and experience necessary to perform their jobs to a satisfactory standard.
Training reviews take place during Appraisals and through Site Assessments every year. Recommendations for additional training either ‘in house' or external will then be submitted to C & D's Management.
